Do we have to sign a Service Agreement to use your services?
No, we offer two payment options: our affordable monthly payment Service Agreements or you can pre-pay the Service Agreement and receive a 10% pre-payment discount. This applies to all our monthly services packages.
Do you only offer bundled service packages?
No, we offer website development packages and content add-ons options with a one-time payment plan.
Can I cancel my Service Agreement with you?
Yes, depending on the services package you chose, each has its own Cancellation Policy. Our Digital Advertising Bundles can be cancelled at any time, but you will be required to payout all non-cancellable expenses incurred for your account prior to the date of cancellation.
Cancellation of all service packages requires 30 days written notice. If your billing falls within those 30 days, we will count that as your last payment and use your Last Month’s payment towards your final payment due.
How long until I begin to see results?
That is dependent on the Service package you choose. But typically, our clients are seeing organic search engine results within 3-5 weeks and digital advertising (PPC) results within 30 days of their website going live.
How much time do I personally have to devote to my online marketing weekly?
You should expect to dedicate as little as 5 to 10 minutes per week to keep us up to date on any content changes that you require and current specials.
You may choose to invest more time if you post status updates etc. to your social media sites. Our service packages are fully managed and maintained by us to allow you to focus on running your business.
Can I speak directly to your staffs who are working for me?
Yes! We encourage it; our goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service. We assign a Marketing Professional to each of our clients. They will contact you to assist with the initial set-up of your service package. Your assigned Marketing Professional will then continue to work with you on an ongoing basis and will schedule quarterly marketing meetings with you to review your results.

Can your SEO and SEM online advertising services be used with my existing website?
Yes, however, it is dependent on your current website’s design and functionality required to support our digital advertising services. Please feel free to contact us for a complementary website assessment to determine your website’s eligibility.
Do I own my website after I have completed my initial service agreement?
Yes, after your initial service agreement is over you own your website and domain name. Keep in mind that you must renew your agreement to access our support team, to continue your SEO and SEM advertising campaign, and continue hosting your website and email.
